Tashina removed Abbey and Belle from this county and took them to LA on Abbey's 7th birthday, depriving their Dad of seeing his daughter on her birthday. When they came back up I promised Abbey a belated birthday party for her since her Dad missed her real birthday.
Today, right in front of Abbey, Tashina said "Abbey wants me to come to her birthday party" knowing full well that Jeremy would be there and that this would not be allowed by the court. It put me in a very awkward position and looked to Abbey that I wouldn't let her Mom attend. I then informed Tashina that we should not have discussed this in front of Abbey and in the future we should discuss things like this in private. Tashina was very curt. I later discussed this with Abbey and she understands and hopefully doesn't blame me for this.
